Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this new document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a legend detailing different sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
